Leaving Canberra to Ulladulla via Braidwood and Batemans Bay

Canberra was starting to get very cold and we wanted to begin making our way to the east coast of NSW to places we haven't seen before. We spent one last day in Canberra after the festival going for a ride on our bikes, a drive to a special tea place (which was a bit disappointing) and having a big tidy and pack up session.

Canberra is a lovely city to visit, and in places is very, very quiet. No one around!

On our way to Ulludulla, a town on the south coast highlands in NSW, we stopped for tea and explored a lovely little town called Braidwood, a restored, heritage town with the Catholic Church and other buildings being built in the 1850's.
Chris met a guy who was waiting for his wife so the two of them sat together and chatted and chatted while I was able to explore all sorts of lovely places up and down the street.
I love exploring all the nooks and crannies of little towns!
