The Blue Mountains

The last time we explored the Blue Mountains area we were in absolute awe of the scenery and some of the towns along the way. We decided that we couldn't pass by the Blue Mountains without taking another breathtaking look. The Blue Mountains never fail to impress.
After a long drive up to the Katoomba area, on another busy motorway affected by loads of roadworks, we arrived at the best places to view the mountains. We discovered a sign that we followed into the bush and came to a spot that we hadn't seen before - The Giant's Table. After a short walk we got to "The Table". When we saw it my heart was in my throat! You could just walk over the edge and fall down, down, down  but the views were amazing.
We also revisited Echo Point and The Three Sisters. Sadly, a gallery I discovered and loved last time was closed. I could only walk through the garden.
It was a long drive but worth the visit. From a distance the mountains are sooooo blue. They are beautiful.
