Travelling north along the coast to Woolongong

Brian offered to drive us along the coast to Woolongong where we could stop and explore anything that took our fancy. It was a long way from Kangaroo Valley, but there was a hidden agenda unknown to Felicity and I! After visiting Kiama where we hoped to see the blow holes in action, the beautiful village of Coal Cliff and walking along the Sea Cliff bridge we were dropped at a very nice shopping centre in the middle of Woolongong whilst Chris and Brian went to test drive a sports car!!! Oh well....Woolongong has a good Myers, David Jones and other places! I took the liberty of spoiling myself with some T2 Peppermint tea. I should have bought a Jeep!
We had a lovely day, full of laughs.....we weren't too sure what car would be picking us up at the shopping centre?!... and arrived back at Kangaroo Valley just before dinner time. Whilst driving home we had to stop and take photos of the most amazing sunset and clouds.
Again, there are so many places to explore, one would need to stay on the southern coastal highlands of NSW for a long time.
What a magnificent, clear day we had. The weather made colours far more blue, green, brown and orange than I had ever seen.
The rock pool at Kiama.

The view over Kiama Bay.

Waiting for the one with the camera!
Kiama Beach.

Waiting for the sea water to burst through the rocks to....

....allow me to see the "blowhole" not!

Another sea view along the way.

The Sea Cliff bridge. Not the best picture as the sun had disappeared on the other side of the cliff.

The rocks close to Coal Cliff.
Fishermen on the edge of the rocks.

The village on the edge of Coal Cliff.

What a view.....lucky people.

A house down one of Coal Cliff's streets.
A field along the way.

Don't see a cloud like this very often.
What a cloud!

Very tempting!!!
