After our week in Brisbane we headed further north up the sunshine coast. I loved it the last time we visited and wanted to see some of the places that I had remembered. A friend of mine from Perth, Pat Pearson who always framed my pictures, had retired to Coolum and I wanted to say hello. They had just moved onto a rented farm and invited us to stay with them on the huge 50 acre property just outside Coolum and close to Noosa. We stayed for 2 days and managed to see some familiar places. We also visited Pat and John's new piece of land on which they are building a new home.....on an acre of land with beautiful inland and ocean views. They seem very happy living in SE Queensland.
Noosa was very busy but we managed to walk along the coast admiring the gorgeous views of the beaches and bays. We didn't manage to see our family that live in Noosa as everyone was away at work.
The surrounding areas of Noosa are beautiful.....very lush and green.
We drove to a small town called Pomona and visited the Eumundie markets.
We didn't stay too long as we wanted to get to Fraser Island before the weekend.
